He started his career as the Chief of Operations in FIFOTech in 2004. Soon after, with his analytical and business skills, he has raised the standards of quality and quantity of service providing FIFOTech a formidable position in the IT industry as a reliable and quality IT/ITES Service Provider. In 2006, he became the Founder Director & Organizing Secretary of Serve Bangladesh Society (NGO, involved in the Education Sector) and Director, Communication of Human Rights Organization named Human Right Monitoring Organization (HRMO). He has played a leading role in many business models such as – Eva Telecommunications (2008- ), Call Bazaar (2009- ), Virgo (2010-2014) and many more. Due to his incomparable work in the BPO industry, he was appointed as the Finance Secretary in the Bangladesh Association of Call Center and Outsourcing (BACCO), for the session 2013-2015, and later on, served as the Secretary-General from 2015-2017. Currently, he is in the invariant role of BACCO (2017-2019). In 2011, he served in the capacity of Member, Industry Assessor and Program Management Advisory Body in “Train the Trainer” program organized by International Labor Organization (ILO). He has worked with the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) on different projects. He is also a prevailing Executive member of Bangladesh Alliance for Fair Competition (BAFCOM). He is also a part of FBCCI serving in different committees as co-chairman and member. He is also playing a major role of Treasurer in Industries Skills Council (ISC), ICT under National Skills Development Council. Known as the pioneer of Women Empowerment in Bangladesh, he has played a key role for women empowerment in Bangladesh through organizing National Hackathon for Women. He has also served the role as an Advisor of Girls in ICT. As a personal milestone, he has worked with more than 5000 people in his various venture until now.
